Unfortunately, our 6-month limited warranty does not cover accidental damage. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Accidental damage includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by pets, direct heat, food, art and craft supplies, inclement weather, natural phenomena, playground equipment, etc.

Yes, you can. Once your order is placed, our warehouse goes to work right away to get it to you. So if you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Otherwise,the order has been processed and your requirements will not be fulfilled.

However, we are happy to offer a return service. Please refer to the return policy

The moment you click submit, your order will be automatically accepted by our ordering system. Your order will leave our warehouse within 48 working hours of receipt, with normal delivery of 2-5 days. XPETI does not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders will be shipped on the next business day.

XPETI has not yet started selling shoe lace. We recommend customers to buy them from other channels.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to customers and will improve our product to meet customers’ needs as soon as possible.

If you have a coupon, you can apply that towards your order on the billing address page.

On the billing address page, there is a blank box below your order information that says "Gift card or discount code". Click and enter your coupon code or gift card field, including any capital letters or dashes, and then click "Apply" to redeem.

Once your order ships, it can take up to 24 hours for that UPS tracking number to generate. You may also have entered your email address in wrong or it could be in your Spam folder. If you still aren't seeing that tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please reach out to us as info@xpeti.com so we can help you track your order.

If your order has not shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering, we may have an item you ordered out of stock. Please reach out to us at info@xpeti.com so we can help with your order.
