1.Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
If the parcel hasn't been sent, you can contact us to make changes to the order.
2.Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
We accept all cancellation requests before your parcel sent. Unfortunately, if your order has been sent, it can't be canceled.
3.How do I track my order?
After the parcel is sent, you will receive an order update with the tracking number included.
4.How long before I get my return refund?
We can offer exchanges or refunds after the origanal parcel return back to us and check.Then exchanges or refunds is processed.
